Located near Nelson Airport, beside Home Hardware, in the back of the Kootenay Glass building-easily to find with ample parking.

Coaching, programming, and classes are available everywhere. But not at this level. Our coaches are proven over decades. Our programming is sought out by other gyms. And our training philosophy integrates fitness into busy, ambitious lifestyles like yours.
