Class Hiit

Strength and Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning is the standard at Maverick. Built on years of coaching experience and shaped by early influence from Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek, this is a system-not a collection of workouts. Every 4 weeks, we deploy a new training block designed to drive measurable progress in strength, capacity, and performance. Within each block, the structure is deliberate. The core strength work stays consistent so you can track progress, refine technique, and develop mastery-while warm-ups and finishers evolve to keep training dynamic. Each phase builds on the last, undulating between volume and intensity to eliminate plateaus and ensure continuous progress.

Ride Strong

Ride Strong is our 90-minute, no-compromise training experience built for the mountain athlete. It attracts a different kind of individual-those who want a more dynamic, movement-rich session that challenges strength, stability, and control across a wider range of positions. With a greater emphasis on stabilizers, core strength, and dynamic movement, each session exposes you to patterns and positions rarely seen in conventional group fitness. This is not repetitive or linear training-it’s varied, challenging, and designed to build a body that can adapt. The result is a stronger, more resilient athlete-capable of handling long days, changing conditions, and the unpredictable nature of the mountains.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is our highest-level training experience at Maverick-capped at just four athletes per session. It delivers the same level of individualized programming and coaching as one-on-one personal training, but in an environment that drives greater accountability, energy, and consistency. Each member follows a fully custom program designed by our coaching team, with real-time guidance every session. What separates this from traditional personal training is the dynamic-you’re not training alone. You’re part of a tight-knit group of highly invested individuals who show up, push, and hold each other to a higher standard. This is where personalized coaching meets competitive edge. The result is better effort, better adherence, and ultimately-better results.

Legends is our most refined training experience-built for adults who want more than a one-size-fits-all workout.
